This property had an unobstructed view of the Blue Mountain Ridge, and outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the home was vacant and the previous owners caused structural damage. The new Owners wanted a place to gather family of all ages, so the design needed to be accessible. Beth's solution took full advantage of the view by orienting the great room arched windows toward it. The foundations and the large garage on the right were saved. The secluded Master Suite faces the mountains on 3 sides. The indoor pool was added over a foundation on the left. A rear covered patio connects the living spaces to the outdoor pool.

The kitchen can be entered from the front entry or great room without entering the prep areas. The large island is designed as a place for friends to gather.

The Great Room connects the entry, kitchen, indoor pool, rear patio and the hall to the bedroom wing. The two circle top windows enhance the view of the mountains with a stone fireplace as the focal point. Beth incorporated barrel vaults, beams, arches and stone to create a personalized space.

The Retreat provides relaxation in all seasons with an Indoor Pool and whirlpool.
